Blood pressure refers to arterial
pressure of the systemic circulation. A blood pressure of a person varies
between the systolic and diastolic pressure. Increased in blood pressure is
affected by different factors like foods, alcohol, smoking and stress.

3 fatty acids that are good for the heart. Eating fish regularly particularly salmon
and tuna may help in lowering high blood pressure.

4. Soy
Soy is a healthy and

cholesterol and decrease high blood pressure.
5. Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is a good
treat for those who want to lower blood pressure. It contains flavonoids that
stimulate production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is responsible for relaxing
the blood vessels thus resulting to normal blood flow. This type of chocolate
can also help in reducing the bad cholesterol in the body. However, ask first your doctor before eating
dark chocolate if you have problems with diabetes.
6. Non- Fat Milk
Non-fat milk is good for the
bones as it prevents osteoporosis. Aside from preventing bone problems, it is
also use to promote good cardiovascular health.
