8. Tuna and Salmon
Tuna and salmon are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acid is type of fat that is heart friendly and can prevent stress chemicals that promote belly fat. So, next time that you dine out, check the salmon and tuna in the menu for a more nutritious meal.
