bath instead of vey hot water. Try to test the water first. If your skin

warm water instead.

contain ingredients that may dry your skin. To solve this, you may use moisturizing
cleansers that may clean your body minus the dryness. Moisturizing cleansers

not rub

taking a bath, people tend to rub their towels to dry their bodies. However,
this is not the proper way to remove excess water as this practice can really dry

oil

oil is very good in the skin as it is rich in vitamin E and other

12 glasses of water

make sure that your skin is well hydrated, you also have to drink 8 to 12

is recommended to keep your skin well hydrated. Any extra moisture added in the
air may minimize skin drying.
