Getting wrinkles is inevitable as this is normal part of aging but you can do something to lessen the appearance of wrinkles especially when it first appears. Normally, first signs of skin aging may appear at age 35 and it is full blown when you reach 55 years of age.

· Avoid too much sun exposure
Sun exposure is the number one culprit of skin aging. If you stay in the sun without any sun protection, you may have early signs of skin aging and wrinkles may appear early than expected.
· Use sunscreen
Apply sunscreen if you are planning to stay under the sun. People just use sunscreen when they are in the beaches but sunscreen is not only during the summer. It should be used if you know that you will be staying in the sun for hours. If your work requires you to be under the sun, then do not forget to use sunscreen to protect you from skin cancer and early appearance of wrinkles.
· Avoid too much washing of the face
Washing of the face should only be done 1-2 times a day. If you wash your face 3 to 4 times, then your skin may loose the natural barriers and moisture that is present in the skin to fight off wrinkles.

· Eat more fish
Fish contains omega 3 fatty acids that is great in nourish the skin. It helps the skin to appear youthful, glowing and aids in lessening the appearance of wrinkles.
· Include soy in your diet
Soy has healing properties that may help in easing the skin damage cause by too much exposure. Eating soy-based products may greatly improved the structure and firmness of the skin.
· Drink Vitamin C
Aside from boosting your immune system, medical studies show that drinking vitamin C can increase collagen protection and may aid in improving skin conditions.
· Eat cocoa based products
Cocoa based products contain catechin and epicatchin which protects the skin from sun damage, increase skin hydration and improved over all skin cells circulation.
